The Krischanshof is situated within the rural area of Delmsen in a rural surrounding. Fields, meadows and little woods are bordering directly to the barnyard. The situation is ideal for walkers and bikers.
Bridle ways are attainable without using of streets. A registered bridle way of the riding area "Hohe Heide" is passing directly the barnyard.

Highway A 7 / exit Soltau Süd / B 3 to Soltau / B 71 direction Rotenburg until Delmsen / right side: Delmser Dorfstraße / after 600 m and a turn right House No. 23 at the left side.
From the north:
Highway A 7 / exit Soltau Ost / B 3 direction Soltau / right side: to and passing “Heidepark” / until Delmsen / right side: Delmser Dorfstraße / after 500 m and a turn right: House No. 23 at the left side.
With railway:
Next stations are Schneverdingen (10 km) and Soltau (Han) (12 km).

Wunderbare Wohnung .Man wohnt in einem Denkmal -genießt aber allen Komfort der heutigen Zeit. Der Vierseiten Hof versprüht ein tolles Ambiente. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und führen den Hof liebevoll. Ich habe mit meiner Schäferhündin schon wieder gebucht.
