Wir waren im Herbst hier und haben geheizt. Die Wärme zieht nur nach oben ab und so bekommt man die Stube nicht gut warm. Die Nebenkostenabrechnung war dann nach 3 Tagen auch überraschend hoch.Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und zum Strand ist es nur ein Katzensprung. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Wohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert. Perfekte Lage in Strandnähe. Alles was man braucht ist ausreichend vorhanden (nur eine Mikrowelle fehlt). Sehr gepflegte Wohnung.
