The originally small fishing village is located at the foot of the Pyrenees, between Montpellier and Perpignan, about 11 km from Narbonne. Gruissan enchants with its typical southern charms. Around the old castle ruin - La Tour de Barbarousse - many small earth-colored houses are lined up. Blessed with 300 days of sunshine a year, Gruissan impresses with its diversity. Wir verbrachten sehr schöne Wochen im Juni in diesem besonderen Ferienhaus in einer der schönsten Lagen( zentral,aber ruhig) in Gruissan.
Nur wenige Schritte zur Lagune mit Promenade und Strand, schöner Spaziergang am Wasser zum Hafen und der Altstadt oder zur anderen Seite zum großen Strand am offenen Meer . Die ganze Wohnanlage ist gepflegt und ruhig und das Ferienhaus hat zwei bezaubernde Terrassen. Die Inneneinrichtung ist hochwertig und geschmackvoll und sehr praktisch. Küchenausstattung sehr durchdacht, es fehlte nichts. Ein Rundum schönes sehr gepflegtes Feriendomizil, das mediterranen Charme versprüht. Klimaanlage war bei den heißen Temperaturen super, sehr leise und effizient. Herzliche engagierte Vermieter, nette Betreuung auch vor Ort. Besser geht es nicht! Dankeschön!!

Liebe Familie Weicker,
die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses ist sehr reichhaltig und zeigt, dass die Vermieter sowohl handwerklich als auch künstlerisch sehr versiert sind. Es ist mit hochwertigen Möbeln, Lampen, schönen Bildern und sonstigen Zubehör ausgestattet. Der Name "Maison Jolie" ist voll und ganz gerechtfertigt. Ein Highlight sind u. a. auch die Außenschränke. Darin sind nicht nur Polster für die Gartenstühle. Vielmehr lässt sich die Ecke z.B. mit einem Elektrogrill in eine tolle Sommerküche verwandeln.
Die Umgebung ist absolut genial: Bäcker, Supermarkt und die schöne Strandpromenade sind einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Und falls es doch einmal Probleme gibt, sorgt die Verwalterin der Résidence für schnellstmögliche Abhife.
