Cancellation policy
You can withdraw from the contract at any time. Cancellations can be made in writing, by telephone or by email.
In the event of withdrawal, you are obliged to compensate us for the damage we have suffered:
no compensation from the day of the booking confirmation by the landlord up to the 42nd day before the start of the rental period
from the 41st day to the 31st day before the start of the rental period 25%, this corresponds to the amount of the deposit
from the 30th day to the 15th day before the start of the rental period 50% of the total price
from the 14th day to the 8th day before the start of the rental period 80% of the total price
In the event of cancellation less than eight days before the start of the rental period, the full travel price must be paid.
The date of receipt of your cancellation message counts. Amounts already paid will be offset.
You can provide a substitute who enters into your contract under the conditions stated. Written notification is sufficient. We recommend that you take out travel insurance.

Well-signposted cycling and hiking trails, museums, animal parks, a wildlife park, raised moors, a natural swimming lake and numerous historic half-timbered towns in our area offer you plenty of excursion options and are guaranteed to ensure that you never get bored. The Weserbergland also offers a large collection of castles and fairytale-like palaces.
Go on a tour of discovery: in our town of Delliehausen, explore the mountain lake, the charcoal burner's hut with water treading facility and barefoot path, as well as the Delliehausen nature adventure trail (all within walking distance).
In our core town of Uslar you will find a butterfly park and an indoor swimming pool (11 km). The Schönhagen adventure forest is only 20 km away. You can also explore the Neuhaus wildlife park (25 km), the well-known “PS Speicher” in the beer town of Einbeck (27 km), the university town of Göttingen (30 km) or the Sababurg zoo (32 km).
Sports enthusiasts can put their skills to the test in the TreeRock - Adventure Park Hochsolling, Holzminden (30 km). And if you prefer something more relaxed, visit the Weser thermal baths in Bad Karlshafen with a large sauna area (35 km).
Furthermore, the porcelain factory in Fürstenberg (35 km) or the UNESCO World Heritage Site Corvey in Höxter (monastery, castle, museum, 40 km) are waiting to be discovered by you.

Holiday destination
Located far away from traffic noise, Delliehausen offers a variety of hiking opportunities with its mixed forests and charming meadow valleys. The well signposted cycling and hiking trails start directly behind our house.
A circular hiking trail with a few seating options leads around the idyllic mountain lake. The water treading facility, the Köhlerhütte in the forest and the barefoot path with sun loungers invite you to discover and relax. All of this is within easy walking distance.
Getting there
Delliehausen is located in Solling, a mountain range in the Weserbergland between Hanover and Kassel on the A7 in southern Lower Saxony. Our guests will receive a detailed description of how to get there with the arrival information!

Wir fühlten uns auf anhieb sehr wohl in der Ferienwohnung. Sie ist sehr liebe- und stilvoll eingerichtet.
Es ist sehr ruhig und sowohl die Ausrichtung nach Westen, als auch der schöne Fernblick laden zum abschalten und genießen ein.
Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, sympathisch und zuvorkommend.
