Petten is located in North Holland and is one of the few seaside resorts in the province of North Holland that are situated directly on the sea. Petten offers numerous activities: swimming, fishing, horse riding, tennis, squash, cycling, and hiking. The beach stretches for miles in both directions. The fine sandy beach is 300 meters away. There is a beach pavilion where you can eat and drink. In Petten, there is a Spar supermarket and shops for household goods, drugstore items, clothing, and toys. You will also find 3 restaurants with cozy terraces, a pizzeria, and a snack bar. Visit Schagen (13 km away) with its West Frisian market (on Thursdays). And in Alkmaar (20 km away), you can visit the cheese market on Fridays. Amsterdam is 60 km away.

Head towards Alkmaar, North Holland. In Alkmaar, take the N9 towards Den Helder. About 18 km after Alkmaar, at the roundabout in Burgervlotbrug: towards Petten.

Wir waren eine Woche in diesem sehr schönen Ferienhäuschen und waren sehr begeistert von der tollen Lage.5Minuten zum Strand und in die andere Richtung 5 Minuten zum Spar Markt. Perfekt. Die Wohnung ist sehr ordentlich und sauber,das Bad neu renoviert.Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit,wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und werden bestimmt noch mal wiederkommen. Die Ferienwohnung hat alles geboten, was wir brauchten: Ausstattung, Lage (Strandnähe), Sauberkeit, Willkommensgefühl. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, hätten sich wahrscheinlich um all unsere Belange gekümmert - aber, wir hatten ja alles. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.
