Cancellation Policy
For cancellation of the already confirmed booking, the following percentages apply :
1. Cancellation up to the 8 weeks before arrival: 50% of the rent.
2. Cancellation within 8 weeks before arrival, the full rent.
3. On early termination of the stay, the full rent.
In the event of cancellation, the caution/bond and tourist tax (if any) already paid will always be refunded.

The holiday apartment is also perfect for golfers. You can walk to two 18-hole golf courses (l'Esterel and Valescure) and a 9 hole golf course (Academy Valescure) where you can also do a golf course. The clubhouses are serving a great lunches or diners.
Getting there
In the high season you can only reserve this apartment with a minimum stay of 1 week; arrival and departure on sunday.
Outside the high season we accept reservations with a minimum stay of 4 nights and are other arrival and departure days possible.
