Cancellation policy
If you withdraw from the travel contract, we can demand appropriate compensation for each registered participant according to the following list:
1. The tenant can withdraw from the contract at any time under the following conditions:
up to 45 days before arrival: EUR 10.00
44 to 30 days before arrival: deposit EUR 200.00
29 to 15 days before arrival: 30% of the rental price
From 14 to 1 day before arrival or no show 50% of the invoice amount.
The cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit
To eliminate the cost risk, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
2. Substitute tenant: The tenant has the right to propose a substitute tenant. This must be reasonable and solvent for the landlord. He enters into the contract under the existing conditions. Tenants and replacement tenants are jointly and severally liable for the rent.
3. The receipt of the notification by the landlord is decisive for the calculation of the cancellation fee (the next working day applies on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
4. If the rental period is terminated prematurely, the entire rent remains due.

The first documented explorations were conducted by speleologists from Trieste at the beginning of the 20th century when those explorers went as far as 80 m into its depth.

Situated in a small village Stancija Portun . Even though it is only 2,5 km to the busy holiday destination Poreč, you are certain to find the necessary peace here. In the evenings, you can enjoy the typically village atmosphere by lighting up the grill in the large yard right in front of the house.

Getting there
After the Kastel/Plovanija border crossing, drive on the highway in the direction of Pula and then take the Poreč-centre exit (2nd exit after the bridge) Baderna. After about 8 km. At the roundabout take the 1st right exit. After cca 500 m at the roundabout take the 1st right exit and after cca 100 m from the main road between the wall is the entrance to the residence.
