The core town of Bremervörde with swimming-pool "Delphino", department store and many retail stores is 5 kilometres away. Baker and country inn in 2 kilometres. Bremervörder lake with "world of the senses", play sceneries and the River Oste 4 kilometres.
Bicycle walking is possible on four local subject routes, well signposted. Bremervörde lies with three national bicycle footpaths.
