Gut ausgestattetes, ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus. 2,5 km von den Pisten entfernt und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Dorfzentrum (Bäckerei, kleiner Supermarkt) entfernt.
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit dort. Allerdings gibt es einiges zu verbessern, insbesondere die Kommunikation.
In der Beschreibung stand, dass es einen Skiraum gäbe. Dieser war jedoch verschlossen, und auf Nachfrage vor Ort wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass er nur für den Eigentümer bestimmt sei. AuÃ_x009f_erdem hieÃ_x009f_ es, dass keine Bad- und Küchenwäsche vorhanden sei. Es stellte sich aber heraus, dass doch welche da waren. Wir brauchten also nichts mitzubringen. Uns wurde gesagt, wir müssten vor 10:00 Uhr abreisen. In der Bestätigung von Belvilla stand jedoch 11:00 Uhr.
Wir waren zwei Familien mit zwei kleinen Kindern und freuten uns daher über zwei Duschen. Aus der Dusche im Obergeschoss kam jedoch kaum Wasser. Wir konnten sie nicht benutzen. Der Staubsauger saugte nicht. Die Reinigungskraft brachte uns daher ihren. Skischuhe sollten im Zählerschrank Platz finden. Sie passten aber nicht hinein. Die Regale waren vollgestopft mit Gerümpel. Die Reinigung war mangelhaft. Küche, Bad, Betten und Boden (die schöne neue Küche) waren sauber.
Die Decken waren jedoch mit alten Spinnweben bedeckt. Offenbar war schon lange niemand mehr dort gewesen.
All das sind Dinge, die sich mit wenig Aufwand beheben lassen und zu einem noch angenehmeren Aufenthalt beitragen würden.

Wunderschöne Umgebung, wir hatten tolles Wetter und konnten viel unternehmen. Morzine hat einen guten Supermarkt und einen schönen Swimmingpool.
Die Betten waren bei der Ankunft gemacht. Das Haus war geräumig. Wir vermissten eine normale Kaffeemaschine. Der umzäunte Garten bot mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten.
Das Haus benötigt einige Wartungsarbeiten, zum Beispiel ein paar defekte Steckdosen und nicht funktionierende Lampen. Die Reinigung war oberflächlich.
