Cancellation policy
If the rental agreement is canceled, the following cancellation fees apply to the tenant. The following conditions apply for withdrawals:
• For withdrawal up to 42 days before the arrival date: 30% of the total amount;
• For withdrawal from (including) the 42nd day up to the 28th day before the arrival date: 60% of the total amount;
• For withdrawal from (including) the 28th day up to the day of arrival: 90% of the total amount;
• For withdrawal on the day of arrival or later: The full total amount.

Holiday destination
The bungalow is located near the large nature reserve in a small park at the edge of the forest, not far from the towns of Den Burg and De Koog. The beach is easily accessible by bicycle. You are staying at the most beautiful place on the island.
Getting there
The ferry crossing from Den Helder to Texel takes 20 minutes. During the peak season, the ferry departs from Den Helder every half hour, and hourly during the off-season. A reservation is not necessary. On Texel, follow Pontweg towards De Koog. The side roads are numbered. Turn left at side road 12. After 900 meters, take the driveway on the right to the first bungalow park. Now go straight for another 150 meters, then take the penultimate left turn and you have arrived at your destination.

Zuersteinmal unseren ganz herzlichen Dank an die Vermieter dieses schönen Bungalows ! Unser langersehnter Urlaub hätte aufgrund sehr unglücklicher Umstände im ursprünglich gemieteten Haus fast nicht stattfinden können . Durch den tollen und sicher nicht selbstverständlichen Einsatz unserer ursprünglichen Vermieterin und der extrem schnellen Antwort und Hilfe durch die Familie Rohr sind wir nun doch auf Texel und genießen es sehr ! Der Bungalow ist sehr gemütlich und top ausgestattet und insbesondere die großzügige und wirklich voll ausgestattete Küche lädt zum selber Kochen ein, da fehlt wirklich gar nichts. Der Garten ist komplett sicher umzäunt, so dass es auch mit Hund super entspannt ist . Auch die Lage ist perfekt um die Insel mit dem Rad in jede Richtung zu erkunden . LG Petra & Dirk

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche auf Texel erlebt.
Der Bungalow ist mit vielen kleinen Extras wohnlich und für den Urlaub passend eingerichtet.
Absolut ruhig, bei Ankunft alles sauber und mit einem kleinen Willkommensgeschenk.
Die Landschaft ist wunderschön, draußen zwei windgeschützte Sitzbereiche, eingezâunt für den Hund und man ist sofort in der Natur, im Wald, in den Dünen.
Zentral auf der Insel und in der Nähe von herrlichen Stränden.
Wir sind begeistert!
