On the beautiful 30 km long sandy beach of Texel you will find secluded spots even in the high season. On the island's beaches you can learn to surf, kite surf, surf and catamaran. Numerous beach cafes invite you to linger after a trip. Our favorites near the holiday home are the beach cafes "Paal 28" and "Cap Noord". At "Paal 28" there is also a "hot spot" for surf anglers.
For bird and nature lovers, the Texel Dunes National Park, the Wadden Sea coast and the salt marshes are a must! Worthwhile excursion destinations are Utopia, de Slufter, de Mui, de Schorren, de Horsmeertjes to name just a few. With a bit of luck, you can also observe the rare spoonbill, which gives our holiday home its name.
Texel offers cyclists and hikers a large network of paths that lead them across the island on hundreds of kilometers of old dikes, through forests and dunes. A visit to the "island capital" den Burg or one of the six other picturesque island villages is highly recommended.
Texel is a paradise for dogs. Dogs are allowed to roam free on most beaches and in many wooded areas. Please note the signs.
Holiday destination
Our holiday home is located in the north of the sunny island of Texel, near the village of Cocksdorp.
Holiday park de Krim offers you and your children many leisure facilities. In the new (2017) indoor and outdoor pool with its 3 water slides, the guests of our holiday home have free entry.
During the school holidays, an animation team organizes various activities. De Krim has various restaurants offering a wide range of options from breakfast to an á la carte menu. There is also a supermarket in the center of the holiday park for everyday shopping.

Das Ferienhaus ist top und lässt bezüglich Einrichtung und Ausstattung keinerlei Wünsche offen. Highlights für uns waren die Nutzung der Sauna und der zur Verfügung gestellte Fahrradanhänger für Hunde.
Tipp von uns: Gegenüber dem Ferienpark beim Eisbauernhof ( https://www.ijsboerderijlabora.nl/de/ ) Eis kaufen, in die Kühltruhe packen und Abends auf der Terrasse genießen.

Wir waren jetzt im Oktober 10 Tage in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus und haben dort jede Minute genossen !
Herrliche Lage, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was das Ferienhaus zu einem besonderen Ferienerlebnis werden lässt !
