Rental agency Callantsoog assumes that you have taken out travel and cancellation insurance, as well as liability insurance. You can only cancel your booking in writing. If you cancel your holiday, you will owe the booking fee and the following amounts will be due:
• more than 91 days before arrival: 20% of the rent
• from 90 days to 61 days before arrival: 50% of the rent
• from 60 days to 31 days before arrival: 75% of the rent
• from 30 days to 14 days before arrival: 90% of the rent
• less than 14 days before arrival or without prior notice: The total amount
