Hallo,
grundsätzlich war der Aufenthalt sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht die Katastrophale Buchung über Bellvilla vergessen zu machen.
Bei der Buchung wird nur nach dem Namen und Mailanschrift gefragt doch nicht nach der Rechnungsanschrift und wenn dann die Hotline angerufen wird muss ich dem Mitarbeiter in Indien erklären was eine Rechnungsanschrift ist udn er immer wieder sagt das geht nicht!!!! Dies ist nicht Kundenorientiert und im Hotel ist es nicht möglich dann eine korrekte Rechnung zu erhalten. Ergo Hotel gut Service Belvilla sehr schlecht. Buche nicht mehr über Belvilla!!!
