Das Zimmer war grundsätzlich in Ordnung und sauber. Der Zugang war unkompliziert und alles gut zu finden. Die Matratze kann und Update vertragen.
Bei hohen Temperaturen ist ein Aufenthalt allerdings nicht zu empfehlen. Aufgrund der Südlage und fehlender Rollläden heizt sich das Zimmer extrem auf. Es ist sehr warm und stickig und eigentlich nur bei geöffneten Fenstern auszuhalten. Dann muss man allerdings das Nachtleben auf der Straße und in den Bars direkt und laut miterleben. Entspannt schlafen geht da nicht.

Das Zimmer roch bestialisch nach Zigarettenrauch, und Wände und Fenster waren mit schwarzem Schimmel bedeckt. Als wir deswegen anriefen, sagte der Kundenservice, man würde jemanden vorbeischicken. Niemand wusste von unserem Besuch, und auch auf unsere Anrufe und Nachrichten reagierte niemand. Wir verließen das Zimmer sofort, da die Luft im Zimmer unerträglich war. Ich verlange eine vollständige Rückerstattung – falls ich überhaupt eine Antwort erhalte. Eine furchtbare Erfahrung.
