Unsere Nachbarn feiern seit unserer Ankunft jeden Abend Party, und wir haben erst seit gestern Internet. Ich werde eine schlechte Bewertung abgeben, sowohl was das Unternehmen als auch die Lage betrifft.

Wir kamen nach einem 14-stündigen Flug an und wurden per E-Mail angewiesen, die Schlüssel in einem Checkmyguest-Büro abzuholen. Wir sollten unser Gepäck dort deponieren und um 16:00 Uhr einchecken. Die Adresse entpuppte sich als Metzgerei. Mir wurde der falsche Code für die Schlüsselabholung mitgeteilt. Ich versuchte es vier weitere Male, jedes Mal erhielt ich den falschen Code. Daraufhin wurde mir gesagt, ich solle zum Apartment gehen, der Reinigungskraft würde uns hineinlassen. Diese hatte jedoch keinen Schlüssel. Wir haben das Apartment nie gesehen. Das Gebäude war dunkel und schmutzig. Das Treppenhaus war schlecht beleuchtet. Es sah in keiner Weise so aus wie auf den Bildern bei VRBO. Wir haben dort nicht übernachtet. Wir mussten kurzfristig und teuer eine andere Unterkunft finden.
Wir fordern eine Rückerstattung. Die Mitarbeiter von Checkmyguest haben alle möglichen Ausreden vorgebracht.
