Meiner Meinung nach ist die Unterkunft überbewertet für den Preis den man zahlt. Die Wände sind feucht, wenn es regnet, die Matratze ist völlig durchgelegen und man hat so wenig Platz, dass entweder das Bett ausgezogen ist oder man im Raum einen Koffer öffnen kann. Die Lage ist tatsächlich großartig mitten in einem Viertel wo wirklich Pariser leben und es nicht an Bars und Restaurantsfehlt. Aber all das macht den etwas abgewohnten Eindruck der Wohnung nicht so richtig wett.

Die Lage ist fantastisch! Man erreicht jede U-Bahn-Linie in 10 Minuten und die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten in etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Gegend ist wunderbar: lebendig, mit toller Atmosphäre und vielen guten Restaurants.
Allerdings ist die Wohnung winzig (man kann sich in der Dusche nicht bücken, auf der Toilette nicht aufrecht sitzen und es ist schwierig, ins Waschbecken zu spucken, ohne den Kopf an der winzigen Ablage abzustützen!). Außerdem ist das Schlafsofa überhaupt nicht bequem. Es ist weich. Die beiden Kissen sind sehr, sehr dünn.
Ein weiterer wichtiger Punkt: die Luftfeuchtigkeit. Es war so feucht in der Wohnung, dass die Kissenbezüge klatschnass waren. Nichts trocknete. (Ich war im Dezember dort.)
Kurz gesagt: Ich empfehle die Wohnung für sehr kurze Aufenthalte (maximal 2 Nächte). Für einen längeren Aufenthalt sollten Sie sich in der Umgebung nach einer besseren Unterkunft umsehen.
