Positiv: geräumig, Warmwasser zum Duschen, U-Bahn-Nähe. Negativ: unsichere Metallleiste auf dem Küchenboden, keine Heizung im kleinen Badezimmer, schwergängige Schiebetür im kleinen Badezimmer, unangenehmer Geruch in der gesamten Wohnung, kein Waschmittel und zu wenig Geschirrspülmittel, Kaffeemaschine funktionierte zeitweise und schließlich gar nicht mehr.
