Es war sehr schwierig, am Montag meine Schlüssel zu bekommen. Ich erhielt keinen Nummerncode für den Laden. Nach 40 Minuten bekam ich dann endlich einen, ging zurück zum Laden, aber leider war es der falsche. Der Mitarbeiter, mit dem ich online Kontakt hatte, riet mir, jemanden zu bitten, in die Wohnung zu kommen und mir die Schlüssel zu geben. Gegen 19 Uhr hatte ich die Schlüssel. Der Aufzug war außer Betrieb, ich war im 6. Stock. Und wieder waren es leider die falschen Schlüssel. Ich informierte ihn per WhatsApp, er kam zurück und gab mir die richtigen Schlüssel. In der Wohnung fehlte eine Stehlampe, die Küchenbeleuchtung flackerte, die Teppiche waren schmutzig, ebenso wie der Boden, wo Stellen waren, an denen herumlagen, zwei Schubladen unter dem Bett fehlten, eine Schublade war nicht richtig befestigt, und die Dusche funktionierte nicht richtig – es kam nur ein kleiner Strahl Wasser heraus, aber das Wasser war in Ordnung. Ich bin enttäuscht und werde wohl nie wieder über diese Website mieten.

Der Schlüsselcode wurde mir nicht zugeschickt, und das Zimmer war bei meiner Ankunft nicht gereinigt, sodass ich weder ein Bett noch saubere Handtücher hatte. Ich möchte eine vollständige Rückerstattung.
