Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy Free cancellation up to 42 days before arrival If you cancel up to and including 42 days before the arrival date, we will refund all payments already made in full. No fees apply. Later cancellations 41 to 15 days before arrival: 50 % of the rental price 14 to 0 days before arrival, and in case of no-show: 90 % of the rental price The percentages stated above apply exclusively to the rental price. All other amounts already paid will be refunded in full. Re-letting If we are able to re-let the property for all or part of the cancelled period, the income obtained will be credited and refunded accordingly. The guest is entitled to demonstrate that no loss, or a lesser loss, has been incurred. Form of cancellation Cancellations must be made in text form (email to casafelix@posteo.eu). The date of receipt by us is decisive. Rebooking One free change of dates within 12 months is possible up to 42 days before arrival, provided the requested period is available. Any price differences between seasons will be settled. Cancellation by the owner Should the property become unavailable for reasons within our responsibility, we will refund all payments made promptly and in full. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Casa Felix sits between Dénia and the Montgó nature park, about 2.5 km from both the town and the beach – quiet, green and with an open view of the sea. Dénia lies on the Costa Blanca and has around 20 km of coastline – from the fine sandy beaches north of the town to the rocky coves of Las Rotas to the south. There is something for every beach preference: sandy, small to medium pebble beaches, or rocky. For shopping, there are several supermarkets, mostly on the outskirts of town. The centre also has a daily market with local culinary delights. Above the old town stands Dénia Castle, which hosts concerts in the summer. Dénia is a good base for day trips: ferries to Ibiza leave from the harbour daily, and the Cova del Rull stalactite cave near La Vall d'Ebo is about 30 km away. The Aqualandia water park and the Terra Mítica theme park near Benidorm are around 50 km away, and the Oceanogràfic in Valencia – Europe's largest aquarium – about 100 km.

Getting there

GPS: 38.8161, 0.1273 By car: From the north (Valencia / Barcelona / France): Take the AP-7 towards Alicante as far as exit 62 – Ondara / Dénia / Xàbia. From there follow the CV-725 for about 8 km into Dénia. The AP-7 is toll-free between La Jonquera and Alicante. From the south (Alicante / Murcia): Take the AP-7 towards Valencia, again leaving at exit 62 – Ondara / Dénia / Xàbia, then the CV-725 into Dénia. Final stretch in Dénia: As you enter the town, follow the signs for Xàbia / Montgó (CV-736). The easiest option: enter the GPS coordinates 38.8161, 0.1273 directly into your sat-nav or Google Maps. Driving times: Alicante airport (ALC) → approx. 100 km, about 1 hr 10 min Valencia airport (VLC) → approx. 110 km, about 1 hr 20 min By public transport: From Alicante airport (ALC): ALSA runs direct coaches several times a day from the airport to Dénia (bus station, Carrer Jose Moncho Ferrer), taking approx. 1 hr 30 min to 2 hrs. Timetables and tickets: alsa.com From Valencia airport (VLC): ALSA runs direct coaches from the airport (arrivals level, bay 6) to Dénia, taking approx. 1 hr 35 min to 2 hrs. Alternatively, take the metro into the city and travel from Valencia bus station (Av. Menéndez Pidal 13) – around 2 hrs from there to Dénia. By tram (scenic, but slow): Since 28 January 2025, TRAM line 9 has once again been running through between Benidorm and Dénia – journey time approx. 1 hr 20 min to 1 hr 40 min, hourly. From Alicante, changing at Benidorm onto line 1, the full journey takes around 3 hours. The line terminates at Dénia station. Final stretch from Dénia (bus or tram station): Approx. 5 km; about 10–15 minutes by taxi. There are taxi ranks at both stations. A hire car is recommended, as the house is on a hillside outside the town centre.
