Die Zweizimmerwohnung mit zweieinhalb Bädern war außergewöhnlich sauber und gepflegt. Gleich rechts vom Eingang befindet sich ein kleines Foyer mit einem praktischen Gäste-WC. Geradeaus links liegt die helle, offene Küche mit angrenzendem Wohnbereich. Am Ende des Flurs führt die erste Tür zum Hauptschlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad mit Dusche und Waschbecken. Etwas weiter hinten befindet sich das zweite Badezimmer, ebenfalls mit Dusche und Waschbecken ausgestattet, und am Ende des Flurs liegt das zweite Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung hat viele Fenster mit Blick auf den Innenhof.
Die Lage ist gut – die Verkehrsanbindung ist optimal, mehrere U-Bahn-Linien sind bequem erreichbar. Ich habe die U-Bahn genutzt, um den Eiffelturm und den Arc de Triomphe zu besuchen, eine Seine-Schifffahrt zu unternehmen und sogar nach dem Auschecken zum Flughafen zu fahren. Auch zahlreiche Restaurants und Geschäfte befinden sich in der Nähe.
Der Vermieter hat sich während meines Aufenthalts erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung sei, was ich sehr geschätzt habe. Insgesamt war es eine schöne Unterkunft.

Die Wohnung verfügt zwar über zwei Badezimmer, wie in der Anzeige angegeben, jedoch ohne Toilette. Es gibt ein separates WC – nicht das, was wir für eine Wohnung für vier Personen erwartet hatten. Es herrscht starker Baulärm. WLAN funktioniert nur im Wohnzimmer. Es gibt keine Bedienungsanleitung für Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler usw. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sauber, und es sind ausreichend Bettwäsche und Handtücher vorhanden.
