Wir haben die Wohnung verlassen und nicht eingecheckt, da Eingangsbereich und Treppenhaus unsicher und extrem verschmutzt waren. Wir haben uns an Ihren Kundenservice gewandt und eine Beschwerde eingereicht. Uns wurde gesagt, wir sollten den Eigentümer kontaktieren. Wir haben mehrmals angerufen, während wir vor der Wohnung standen, aber niemand ging ans Telefon. Wir erwarten eine vollständige Rückerstattung, da die Wohnung nicht der Beschreibung entsprach.

Schöne, saubere Wohnung in guter Lage. Allerdings sehr dunkel. Der Geschirrspüler funktionierte nicht, und trotz mehrerer E-Mails und Anrufe war niemand da, der helfen konnte.
