Wohnung war auf einmal nicht mehr verfügbar, wurde Ersatz gestellt. Neu möbliert aber leider nicht sauber. Vor dem Gebrauch der Küche mussten wir sie erstmal sauber machen.

Ich bin zur Adresse in Neuss gefahren. Niemand war da. Ich habe zwei Stunden lang verschiedene Nummern angerufen. Keine Antwort. SchlieÃ_x009f_lich bekam ich die Nachricht, dass der Ort in eine andere Stadt 16 km entfernt verlegt worden war. Das Apartment war in Ordnung, aber ich war kurz vor einem Herzinfarkt, weil es unmöglich war, jemanden von hotel.com telefonisch zu erreichen.
