Ich kann Belvilla.com ABSOLUT NICHT empfehlen (ich weiÃ_x009f_ nicht einmal, ob es sich um eine Agentur oder einen Vermittler handelt, da es absolut keine Transparenz gibt). Ich habe ein Apartment in Cugnana Verde gebucht, ausgewählt und direkt online mit Kreditkarte bezahlt: Alles schien in Ordnung, der Preis war klar, und ich erhielt eine Bestätigung per E-Mail. Leider erhielt ich einige Tage später eine weitere Nachricht, die die Buchung und die erfolgreiche Zahlung bestätigte, und erst auf der nächsten Seite entdeckte ich, dass ich weitere 74,00 â_x0082_¬ für â_x0080__x009e_Servicesâ_x0080__x009c_, â_x0080__x009e_Kurtaxeâ_x0080__x009c_ und â_x0080__x009e_Nebenkostenâ_x0080__x009c_ zahlen sollte.
Diese ZUSÃ_x0084_TZLICHEN Gebühren wurden bei der Buchung nicht einmal erwähnt: eine glatte Abzocke! Und als Krönung des Ganzen: Eine Stornierung und Rückerstattung war nicht mehr möglich.
Ich fühlte mich von einer unseriösen Plattform regelrecht betrogen, die mit fragwürdigen Methoden arbeitet und die wahren Kosten bis zum allerletzten Moment verschweigt, wenn es kein Zurück mehr gibt.
Buchen Sie auf keinen Fall bei Belvilla.com! Meiner Meinung nach sind das nichts anderes als Diebe, die sich als Immobilienmakler tarnen! Halten Sie sich von denen fern und suchen Sie sich lieber etwas anderes.
