Cancellation policy

"Prepayment amount" = 20% (out of the total rent price) must be paid in order to confirm the booking. For all reservations with arrival date before 05.06.2021, following terms apply: - Cancel free of charge for any reason, up to 31 days before arrival. - If you cancel 30 to 16 days before arrival, you will get a refund of 1/4 of the "prepayment amount". - If you cancel 15 days (or less days) before arrival, "prepayment amount" is not refundable. For all reservations with arrival date starting from 05.06.2021, following terms apply: - Cancel free of charge for any reason, up to 61 days before arrival. - If you cancel 60 to 16 days before arrival, you will get a refund of 1/4 of the "prepayment amount". - If you cancel 15 days (or less days) before arrival, "prepayment amount" is not refundable. COVID-19 FREE CANCELLATION Free cancellation of reservation stay will be granted to guests in the following Covid-19 related travel disruptions: - closure of the border of the country of the Guest, or closure of the Croatian border, for tourist trips (border closure restriction must be applied onto the part or the whole reservation stay period) - in the event of a new wave of pandemic in the Guest’s home country or in Croatia, if Governments declare a state of pandemic and lockdown / quarantine of all citizens (officially declared pandemic state must be applied onto the part or the whole reservation stay period) - in case that during the Guest’s vacation stay at our rental property, the Guest’s home country applies mandatory self-isolation, as an official obligation, for all tourist travelers returning from Croatia, the host can approve a refund for unused overnight stays, or he can offer a voucher for unused overnight stays to be used in season 2022 (it’s host’s choice on what option will be offered)
