Directly in front of the Rivus the ski area Leogang - Saalbach - Hinterglemm - Fieberbrunn, the largest directly connected ski area in the Alps awaits you.
In summer, Leogang is a hiking paradise for everyone. From our house you have direct access to numerous well signposted hiking trails through the beautiful mountains. The bike park Leogang - the largest bike mecca in the Alps - is only a few pedal turns away.
Getting there
Coming from Munich, we recommend you take the motorway exit Kufstein-Süd and then continue driving through Ellmau - St. Johann in Tirol - Fieberbrunn - Hochfilzen until Leogang. Cross the „Griessen“ pass and follow the road for another 2 kilometres. Look out for the Leoganger Bergbahnen (Asitz cable car) on the right side and take the first turn right, across the small bridge across the creek. Turn left right behind the bridge and you will find our hotel after 50 metres to your right hand side.
Coming from Salzburg, there are two possibilities to reach us:
The fastest way is via the „kleine deutsche Eck“ through Bad Reichenhall – Lofer – Saalfelden – Leogang. Alteratively you can take the Autobahn A10 towards Bischofshofen. Keep driving in the direction of Zell am See – Saalfelden – Leogang. Pass through the town center of Leogang and keep driving for about 3 km until you reach the Leoganger Bergbahnen (Asitz cable car). There, take the second driveway on the left and pass the bridge, then turn left again and you will find our hotel after 50 metres to your right hand side.

Zum zweiten Mal hier gewesen , einmal im Sommer, einmal im Winter. Beide Male waren wir begeistert. Tolle Lage, hervorragendes Essen, konstant hohe Qualität. Absolute Empfehlung

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden, das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis passt! Das Hotel hält was es verspricht laut Homepage. Das vegetarische Abendessen hat uns immer gut bis sehr gut geschmeckt und wurde superschnell serviert (ich hasse es, wenn man nach jedem Gang 30min warten muss) super!
Die beiden Häuser sind mit einem unterirdischen Gang verbunden und liegen direkt an der Skipiste, man läuft zum Lift etwa 100m, besser geht nicht. Was auf der Homepage zu kurz kommt und vielleicht Gäste interessiert: Das Hotel hat draußen vor der Rezeption und in der Garage jeweils eine Salzburg AG Ladestation, wenn man dort direkt laden will, kostet es 95 Cent/kWh, wenn man sich die App runterlädt und registriert (kostenlos) nur 50 Cent! Ein Stück weiter Richtung Seilbahn ist ein Schnelllader, der kostet (mit App) 58 Cent. In der Garage befindet sich zudem noch eine Ladebuchse, die ist kostenlos. (Stand Januar 2026)
Was ebenfalls nicht auf der Homepage stand: Ski Depot. Es gibt in beiden Häusern einen kleinen Gemeinschaftsraum für Skier und Skischuhe, allerdings ohne eigenen abschließbaren Spind.
