Het huis ligt te midden van groene weiden, ver weg van de wegen. Aan de zonzijde van Wolkenstein. Adembenemend uitzicht op de bergen: de toppen van Cir, Sella groep en Langkofel, dichtbij het natuurpark Puez Odles UNESCO Werelderfgoed. In de buurt van een openbare speeltuin en dichtbij het bos. Goed startpunt voor wandelingen.
