Cancellation policy
The termination of the lease by the tenant must be in writing. BAIS will charge the renter a lump sum in case of cancellation to compensate for the additional expenses incurred. The lessee is permitted to prove that BAIS had costs of lesser amount for processing. In addition, the renter must pay for the damage caused to the landlord by the cancellation. BAIS undertakes to re-rent the period immediately upon receipt of the cancellation. In this case, the tenant incurs no further costs except the fee for processing. If BAIS is not able to re-lease all or part of the canceled period, BAIS will charge the lessee a lump-sum compensation as follows: A lump sum of 20% of the rental amount will be charged if the lessee books the reservation in the period after the end of the rental period Rental contract canceled up to 6 weeks before arrival. If the rental contract is canceled in the period of 6 to 2 weeks before arrival, a lump sum of 40% of the rental cost will be charged. If the booking is canceled in the period of 14 days up to the day of arrival, the renter is obliged to pay the entire rental amount, less saved expenses of the landlord (flat rate 10% of the rental amount). The tenant may, with BAIS's consent, obtain a new tenant who will assume the rights and obligations of the rental agreement. BAIS therefore recommends the conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance.

Sehr schöne, saubere Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit dem Parkplatz vor dem Haus, zum
ein und ausladen ist auch sehr gut gelöst. Die Lage ist super, es gibt immer was zu sehen. Wir können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in toller Umgebung ... nur die Parkplatzsituation für An- und Abreise lässt zu wünschen übrig...für die anderen Tage ist ein kostenfreier Großraumparkplatz in gut 10 min Entfernung vorhanden...
