In winter, the beautiful slopes and trails invite for downhill and cross country. On Geiersberg there are several ski lifts for children and beginners. Oberfrauenwald and Hochficht and the nordic centre Breitenberg offer the best conditions for winter sports. Hochficht is the biggest ski resort of Austria outside of the alps.
Holiday destination
The apartment is located in the beautiful countryside of southern Bavarian Forest. In the region between three contries there are only a few kilometers in the 3-river city of Passau or to the Czech Republic or to the bigest ski resort of Austria outside of the alps. Hiking - through meadows and forests and mountains. Skiing on wonderful ski runs and trails, climbing, visits to the stone worlds or graphite mining. Trips to the tree top walk, bike rides along the Danube. Bavarian cuisine and shopping in the surrounding towns.
Getting there
Take the A3 Deggendorf - Passau, take exit Passau north, go to Passau and then follow the signs to Hauzenberg.
In Hauzenberg follow the signs to Breitenberg and about 1 km after the end of Hauzenberg turn left to Rassreuth / Freudensee.
There you can see the first signs to the Village. In Rassreuth do not follow the bend of the priority right, but go straight up. After about 200m you will see on the left the inn Jodlerwirt-Alm. Then go a little further up and then turn left into the holliday village. The reception is in the first house in the village.

Host informationOur most important concern is that our guests experience a carefree, relaxing vacation in beautiful surroundings and an apartment in which they feel comfortable. We discovered this gem in the Bavarian Forest only a few years ago and enjoy the many possibilities in nature, in Passau, the sights of the border triangle as well as the comfort of the apartment and the beautiful, family-friendly facilities of the holiday village.

Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und es fehlt hier wirklich an nichts. Es wurde auch an viele Details gedacht um den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm zu gestalten. Die Wohnung ist in einem top Zustand und sehr, sehr sauber. Wir können diese Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen.
Die Kontaktaufnahme und die gesamte Abwicklung verlief sehr strukturiert und sehr angenehm . Wir freuen uns schon auf ein Wiedersehen und wünschen allen Gästen dieser Wohnung einen angenehmen Aufenthalt so wie wir ihn hatten.

Hallo ,die Ferienwohnung in Hautzenberg bei Familien Gärtner ist 5 Sterne ,sie ist mit das beste was wir an Wohnung in unseren Ferien erlebt haben es fehlt nichts dazu kommt das die Eigentümer sehr net sind und da wir schon zum 4 mal da sind sehen wir das es immer auf den neusten Stand gehalten wird und alles ist sehr sauber dank Frau Bauer die diese Wohnung betreut.mfg Sylvia und Jürgen Feldberg
