The property is located not far from the harbour "San Peire" in a very quiet residential domain without through traffic. The domaine with its old trees is characterised by spacious plots. The distance to the beach, restaurants, shops for daily needs and supermarket is between 400 and 900 m.
The garden of approx. 2,200 sqm is beautifully planted and offers a real highlight with a 20 x 8 m swimming pool. The property has a west orientation so that the sun can be enjoyed until sunset. There is no vis-à-vis and a completely unobstructed view. The property is closed by an electric gate and there is parking for 3 cars.

Schöne Lage, ruhig während der Abende und Nächte. Familiärer Ort, fast ausschließlich für Familien mit Kindern. Großer Pool, sehr nah am Strand, etwa 3 Minuten zu Fuß. In bestimmten Apartments gibt es keine Klimaanlage, sodass es bei Hitze unter dem Dach extrem heiß werden kann. Der Blick von unserem Apartment war großartig, auf das Meer und die Hügel. Die Auswahl an Restaurants in der Umgebung ist begrenzt, aber es gibt dennoch viele in Sainte Maxime, die 10 bis 15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt sind. Es gibt keine Aktivitäten für Kinder in diesem Pierre et Vacances und keine Animationen. Keine Clubs. Eine weitere sehr wichtige Sache: Das Parken kostet 9 € pro Tag (11 € für die Tiefgarage). Wenn Sie von jemandem aus der Nachbarschaft den Zugangscode zum Parkplatz der Wohnanlage erhalten können, können Sie Ihr Auto kostenlos parken und 54 € für die Woche sparen.
