When booking, please transfer 10% of the total fee. Three months before departure, transfer 40% of the fee. One month in advance, transfer the remaining fee; the fee paid is usually not refundable.
However, we have never had to take such rigid measures because a lot can be clarified in conversation

It’s only a day’s drive Olympia, Sparta, Mystras, Epidaurus, and Corinth. These are all places that speak for themselves – you simply have to see them.
The excavation site Messene can be reached relatively quickly. It is located near Messini a place and has a very special atmosphere.!
Holiday destination
The property is located 800 m below the village of Megali Mantinnea, where there are three nice taverns.
The Mediterranean can be reached on foot in 30 minutes downhill through olive groves. There are also several wonderful taverns with parasols on the beach as well as a few small shops.
There is a sandy beach, hidden corals for snorkellers, and a beach with round pebbles.
Kalamata has it all: the airport and, a little further on, the impressive Messene archaeological site.
Getting there
From around March, Kalamata will mostly be served by the Greek airline AEGEAN from Düsseldorf and Munich. Condor flies from Frankfurt and Düsseldorf to Kalamata.
Otherwise, a flight to Athens is also an inexpensive alternative. From there with a rental car, it is just under 3 hours via the motorway to Kalamata.
You can also take your own car to Ancona, Italy, and take the ferry over to Patras. From there, it is about 3 h to Kalamta. You can also take the land route the entire way => Budapest to Skobje to Thessaloniki

Host informationWe moved to Greece for professional reasons. The area, the incredibly friendly people, and everything else appealed to us very much
There was no way around building a house there. And the whole family uses it:
Gregor organises his bike training camp there, Felix goes climbing, Ute has her Feldenkrais seminars there, and Arne his colourful garden.

Wir haben das Anwesen der Familie Hoops sehr genossen: die fantastische Aussicht, den großen Pool, den tollen Garten, die große Terrasse und die Ruhe. Gerne wären wir noch länger geblieben und kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.
Alles ist sehr persönlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die frischen Kräuter aus dem Garten haben uns so manche Mahlzeit verfeinert. Einfach köstlich!
Das Meerwasser an den Stränden ist unglaublich klar und sauber. Und auch noch im Oktober angenehm warm. Einfach toll zum Schwimmen!
Auch die Aussendusche der Wohnung war im Oktober noch ein Genuss.
Dank Andrea war der Kühlschrank bei Ankunft nach unseren Wünschen gefüllt. Da konnte der Urlaub direkt beginnen!

Wir hatten den besten Urlaub unseres Lebens bei der Familie Hoops. Alles passte perfekt: die lieben Gastgeber, die große Wohnung, die traumhaft schöne Aussicht von der Terrasse auf das Meer und die Landschaft, und eine sehr stille Umgebung!
Wir würden auf jeden Fall allen empfehlen, bei Ute und Arne Urlaub zu verbringen!
