Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy
In the event of the guest cancelling the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Reservation cancellations notified 30 or more days before arrival: pre-payment will be reimbursed
Reservation cancellations between 29 days and on the arrival day or no show: 100% of the total reservation cost is charged (the only possibility to get the money back is a travel insurance).
The handling charges of €50.00 will be deducted from the payout which needs to be returned to the guests. If the payout amount to be returned to the guest is less than €50.00, the guest will not receive any refund.
The cancellation date is considered to be the day when the cancellation notice has been received (if it happens to be a holiday or Sunday, it will be considered the next working day). In case of no-show or unannounced delayed arrival, Euro Tours keeps the total reservation amount.
These conditions are valid from 02/24/2023. For reservations made before 24.2.2023. The conditions applied are the ones made on the booked day until 24.02.2023.

Beautiful Villa Goran is situated halfway between the Croatian touristic center - Porec and the heart of Istria – Pazin. This villa with swimming pool is in a little Istrian village called Rakovci, that has still kept the authentic image, Istrian stone houses and the architecture. The area is very calm, surrounded with the nature and one can take long walks through the country or go bike riding.

Wunderschönes Haus. Märchenhaft. Alles, was man sich für einen Urlaub wünschen kann und mehr. Ein sehr hilfsbereiter Mann, Igor, hat uns empfangen und uns herumgeführt. Die Umgebung ist fantastisch. Die schönsten Konoba-Restaurants sind in der Nähe, und Rovinj sowie PoreÄ sind nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Die Villa Experiance ist in ihrer friedlichen Dorflage absolut schön und bietet alles, was Sie für einen entspannten und unbeschwerten Urlaub mit Freunden benötigen. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, verfügt die Küche über alle Utensilien und Geräte zur Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten, ein geräumiges und komfortables Wohnzimmer sowie 3 Schlafzimmer mit angeschlossenen Badezimmern bieten Komfort auf höchstem Niveau. Im Keller befindet sich ein Weinkeller mit einem großen Tisch für geselliges Beisammensein bei einem Glas Rotwein. Der Außenbereich ist mit einem Swimmingpool, einer Sommerküche und Parkmöglichkeiten ausgestattet. Kurz gesagt, fantastisch.
