The estate lies near Montaione, approx. 20 km northwesterly from San Gimignano.
Here, in the heart of the tri-city area of Florence-Pisa-Siena you find the typical Tuscan scenery with gentle hills, cypresses, picturesque olive groves and vineyards, as far as the eye reaches.
You have numerous possiblilities for excursions, for example, to San Gimignano and Volterra ( approx. 30 minutes drive) and to Florence, Pisa and Siena.
The nearest larger town is Montaione (approx. 8 km). This is a picturesque Tuscan provincial town. Here you can see the life of the locals. In Montaione there is a large supermarket, several small shops for things of the everyday need, banks, chemist's shop, filling station and more.
Getting there
With your confirmation you receive an exact description how to reach the estate by car. Parking bays on the area exist in sufficient number.
The next airport is Pisa or Florence. On both airports there are several international rental car companies (approx. 1 hour drive to the estate).

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in dem etwas abseits gelegenen Weingut Orzale. Signore Ventisette war ein herzlicher Gastgeber, ebenso wie seine Mitarbeiter. Es war eine himmlische Ruhe, die wir, im Großraum München lebend, sehr genossen haben. Wohnung (Laura) und inventar ließen keine Wünsche übrig. Ein hervorragendes Domizil, um von dort aus die umliegenden wunderschönen Dörfer und Städte der herrlichen Region Toskana zu besuchen. Das nahegelegene Montaione bot Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Auch eine Weinprobe der hauseigenen, sehr zu empfehlenden Weiß - und Rotweine, mit kleinen Snacks rundete den Urlaub ab. Wir kommen wieder !!!!!

Herzlichen Dank an Fam. Ventisette, hauptsächlich an Andrea, der immer aufmerksam und gut gelaunt zur Stelle war und außerdem zu einer informativen und geselligen Weinprobe eingeladen hat.
