Grundsätzlich ist das Ferienhaus OK. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Pool und Garten sind sehr schön. Leider ist der Bewuchs so stark, dass man vom See nichts mehr sieht. Man muss wegen allem mit dem Auto fahren, weil jedes Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeit zu weit weg sind um zu Fuß hinzukommen.
Die Wohnung hat Nachteile die behoben werden müssen. Die Zufahrt ist fürchterlich und mit einem sportlichen Auto schwierig bis unmöglich. Unser Golf ging gerade noch, wobei wir an der steilsten Stelle von unten rauf immer durchgedreht sind. Von oben reinfahren ist die Straße komplett kaputt und nur im Schrittempo befahrbar. Die Spülmaschine war defekt. Ich habe per Mail auf die Probleme aufmerksam gemacht und wurde ziemlich barsch abgewiesen. Der italienische Hausmeister hat mich daraufhin am Telefon rund gemacht.

Sehr geehrter Herr Januara,
die Spülmaschine war nicht defekt! lediglich der Korbeinsatz für das Besteck war der Falsche! Die Straßen sind in Italien nicht mit deutschen vergleichbar! Die Lage war Ihnen doch bei der Buchung bekannt?! Warum haben Sie nicht etwas direkt im Ort gebucht? Im Nachhinein meckern weil man schlechtes Wetter hatte zudem wir nichts können! Wir haben auf Ihren Hinweis sofort reagiert und den Verantwortlichen zu Ihnen gesandt dieser hat niemanden "Rundgemacht " sondern lediglich gefragt warum Sie Ihn unter der Kontaktnummer die Sie hatten nicht angerufen haben???
Ich denke Sie sind mit einer Pauschalreise besser bedient als mit einer Ferienwohnung!

Familienurlaub für 10 Personen mit zwei kleineren Kindern gebucht- sehr empfehlenswert! Drei Wohnungen auf drei Etagen, sauberer Pool und gepflegte Gartenanlage sind einfach top! Tolle Aussicht auf den Gardasee und den Monte Baldo. Üppige Küchenausstattung in jedem Geschoss - sehr sauber und ordentlich, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Guter Ausgangspunkt für den Ledrosee, Riva del Garda, Limone, Saló, Brescia, ... Schade, dass zwei Wochen so schnell vorbei gingen. Herzlichen Dank für diesen Traumurlaub an die Kontaktperson Herrn Bashim vor Ort und vor allem an die Vermieter, Familie Trinczek.
