Cancellation policy
Villas Kalmar requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival, on arrival, where possible, and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract, all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancellation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation, the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancellation policy, directly from the insurance company. Villas Kalmar shall give all necessary documentation at the request of the insurance company for the processing of the claim for damages.

The area is also renowned for its gastronomy — local truffles, prosciutto, cheeses, and excellent wines such as Istrian Malvasia can be enjoyed in nearby wineries and taverns.
