If you cancel up to the 42nd calendar day (excluding) before the arrival date: the deposit.
If you cancel from the 42nd calendar day (inclusive) up to the 28th day (excluding) before the arrival date: 60% of the holiday home rental.
If you cancel from the 28th calendar day (inclusive) up to and including the day of arrival: the entire holiday home rental fee.
If the period you cancelled is re-let, we will refund your deposit minus a €250 administration fee.
This applies only to deposits. For deposits paid by credit card, the administration fee is €350.
