If tenants or hosts do not show up on the rental start date, the reservation becomes void and the owner can dispose of the accommodation. The sums paid also remain with the owner.
If the stay is shortened, the rental price remains with the owner. No refund will be made.
For guest rooms: possible refund of the deposit in the event of cancellation more than 15 days before the date of arrival, no refund within 15 days, no reasons for cancellation will be accepted. If you wish to take out cancellation insurance, we will recommend a specialized company.
