Das Hauptmerkmal dieser Unterkunft und das wichtigste Bild in der Anzeige war der Indoor-Pool. Leider gab es keinen Pool – er wurde seit einigen Monaten wegen Wartungsarbeiten geschlossen. Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft eiskalt. Es bildete sich starkes Kondenswasser an den Fenstern, sodass sich morgens Wasser auf den Fensterbänken sammelte. Das Warmwasser im Badezimmer und in der Küche war unzuverlässig. Die Handtücher waren von sehr schlechter Qualität und der Toilettendeckel hielt nicht oben. Das Badezimmer war schmutzig und die gesamte Wohnung könnte eine gründliche Reinigung vertragen. Als ich den Gastgeber kontaktierte, um mich über den Pool zu beschweren, erhielt ich zweimal eine automatische Antwort von einem Bot, der mich aufforderte, den „Support“ zu bewerten.
