Cancellation policy
The customer has the right to cancel the contract at any time before the start of the rental period. Cancellation must be communicated in writing. In the event of cancellation, the following cancellation fees will apply:
• 30% of the total price for cancellations up to 60 days before the start of the rental period;
• 50% of the total price for cancellations between 59 and 30 days before the start of the rental period;
• 80% of the total price for cancellations between 29 and 1 day before the start of the rental period. If the booked property is not occupied without an explicit cancellation, the customer remains obligated to pay the full price. No refunds are provided for late arrivals or early departures. The customer has the right to nominate a substitute who will cover the full cost of the booked services.
