Host's notes
Cancellation policy
If you should not be able to arrive, please let me know as soon as possible in writing (by e-mail is good). In addition to the legal regulations, the pure rental costs must be paid if you cannot find a replacement guest (Civil Code paragraph 537). As soon as I receive our cancellation, I will try to rent the property again and possibly create a Last Minute offer. You are welcome to find replacement guests yourself.
In any case, I reimburse rental revenue made by re-letting, minus any processing fees (depending on the effort involved) up to 50 euros. Cancellations up to 3 months before arrival will be refunded up to 100%. If you cannot find replacement guests, I will refund all costs for final cleaning, linens, tourist taxes and 5% of the rental costs for saved expenses. No-shows and early departures will be handled accordingly.

Holiday destination
Right on the beach, behind the spa park, surrounded by other beautiful spa style villas: it could hardly be any better! Shopping on foot, strolling, hiking...
And of course from May to September with the summer beach chair just behind the beach entrance in front of Villa Sirene. Just leave your car in the carport and enjoy your holiday!
Hikes through the Granitz also start from the front door as well as walks on the kilometre-long, sandy beach of the Prorer Wiek.
Getting there
You can reach the Baltic resort of Binz via the Ostseeautobahn, exit Stralsund then continue on the B96. In order to avoid the full highways in the peak season, we have arranged for Sunday to be the changeover day in the summer instead of the usual Saturday.
ICs and ICEs stop at the long-distance train station, if you prefer more relaxed travel.
From the airport Rostock-Laage, a shuttle bus goes all the way to Rügen and Binz on some days.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht.
Die Lage war super: ruhig und direkt an der Ostsee, und trotzdem zentral - wirklich traumhaft!
