Cancellation policy
If the Guest wishes to cancel their reservation, the Agency may retain:
30% of the total booking price if the cancellation is made between 72 hours after the deposit payment and up to 60 days prior to the Check-in Date.
50% of the total booking price if the cancellation is made between 60 days and 30 days prior to the Check-in Date.
100% of the total booking price if the cancellation is made within 30 days prior to the Check-in Date.

Holiday destination
Located in the peaceful village of Košute near Trilj, the villa offers a quiet natural setting with fresh air and complete privacy. Nearby you’ll find a horse riding club, and the wider Sinj area is famous for its equestrian tradition and the iconic Sinjska Alka, which we highly recommend visiting if you’re in the region.
The Cetina River offers plenty of outdoor activities such as rafting, kayaking, and hiking, while Trilj itself is known for its lively local tavern nights and relaxed Dalmatian atmosphere.
A perfect blend of nature, culture, and adventure surrounds the villa, giving guests many ways to enjoy their stay.
Getting there
Guests arrive directly at the property in Trilj, in the peaceful village of Košute. Upon arrival, the owner will personally welcome them, hand over the keys, and show them everything they need for a comfortable stay.
Check-in is quick and easy, and the host is available for any questions, recommendations, or assistance during the stay.
