If the Guest wishes to cancel their reservation, the Agency may retain:
30% of the total booking price if the cancellation is made between 72 hours after the deposit payment and up to 60 days prior to the Check-in Date.
50% of the total booking price if the cancellation is made between 60 days and 30 days prior to the Check-in Date.
100% of the total booking price if the cancellation is made within 30 days prior to the Check-in Date.
