• Take the Tauern motorway A10 to Gmünd
• At the Gmünd/Malta/Familiental motorway exit, turn right
• Then head towards Treffling /Landfrass, passing under the motorway bridge
• After about 1300 m, turn left towards Unter-Oberbuch
• After another 1400 m, you will have reached your holiday destination
