?: The entire building has been built in 2018, using high quality materials, like solid wooden parkett flooring, large double glazed window/doors, large underground parking, in a west facing direction for enjoying sunsets. The manager Ms. Verena was very friendly and helpful.._x000D_
?: There is construction site happening in front. They don't work on weekends, but during the weekday they started at 7;00 AM. It's not a big issue for us as we are early risers..
