Cancellation policy

After receiving the booking confirmation, it is still possible to cancel your trip, but the following cancellation fees will apply: - From receipt of booking confirmation up to 4 months before the start of the trip 10% of the rental amount - From 4 months to 4 weeks before the start of the trip 50% of the rental amount - From 4 weeks until the start of the trip 100% of the rental amount If we can rent the apartment again, then you will receive the full rental amount back. You can see in the occupancy calendar when the apartment is rented out again. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance for your own protection.

The holiday apartment is centrally located, just 400 meters from the 30 km long beach and 150 meters from the center. From the garden, you can see up to the start of the dunes, and the small forest is only a few meters away from the holiday apartment. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. For excursions, whether on foot, by bicycle, or by car, we can offer you advice. There is much to see in North Holland.

Getting there

Follow the N9 from Alkmaar towards Den Helder. After about 19 km, take the N502 towards Petten, the second exit at the roundabout. At the next roundabout, again take the second exit and head towards Petten. Continue straight through the village center until you reach the crossroads. There, turn right. You will then see the Moritz restaurant on your right. Turn right again before the restaurant. Now you will see the parking lot on your left. The holiday apartment is located in the building next to the restaurant.

Die Ferienwohnung war perfekt. Alles liebevoll eingerichtet, es wurde auch an Kleinigkeiten gedacht Super sauber Die Umgebung machte es einem einfach mal das Auto stehen zu lassen. Supermarkt und Strand oder Wald wirklich fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Vermieter waren super nett und problemlos zu erreichen Gerne wieder
