Ultra 28, a property from our Ultra-Tres complex, is located on Costa Calma, away from the hustle and bustle right on the 25 km long fine sandy beach, which invites you to bathe with its crystal-clear water.
All other water sports can also be practiced here. In Costa Calma, you will find all the possibilities for shopping. Cozy restaurants and bars invite you to enjoy delicious food and linger.
Yet, you will still find peace here and not the usual tourist commotion.
Getting there
It's best to rent a car directly at the airport in Puerto del Rosario, for example at www.cicar.com. This way, you can comfortably find your way to your holiday home:
• From the airport, take the FV 2 towards Morro Jable.
• Follow the FV 2 for about 70 km until you reach Costa Calma.
• Take the Costa Calma OESTE (WEST) motorway exit, which is the 2nd exit for Costa Calma.
• Go straight through the roundabout in Costa Calma.
• At the roundabout after Costa Calma (gas station on the right), take the third exit.
• At the T-junction, turn immediately left (Avenida Jahn Reisen), then after 100 m turn right into the next street (Calle Playa de las Pilas).
• At the next T-junction, turn right again, follow the street Calle de los Molinos.
• After about 300 m, turn left into the 3rd street, Calle Risco Blanco.
• Ultra Tres is located directly at the end of the street.

Meine Freundin und ich haben hier vom 12. bis 29. November 17 Nächte in Apartment 226 verbracht. Das Apartment war bei unserer Ankunft schön sauber und war mit relativ neuen Möbeln und Geräten in einem sehr guten Gesamtzustand eingerichtet. Die Küche ist klein und einfach, aber ausreichend, um an den Tagen, an denen man nicht auswärts essen möchte, einige selbstgekochte Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten. Der Pool ist ebenfalls schön und wurde häufig gereinigt, ebenso wie die Außenbereiche im Allgemeinen.
Einmal während unseres Aufenthalts kam eine Reinigungskraft, um unsere Bettwäsche und Handtücher zu wechseln und auch unser Badezimmer zu reinigen. Ich muss Lucas an der Rezeption loben, da er uns sehr schnell bei allem, was wir benötigten, geholfen hat �. Zunächst ließ sich eine Hälfte der Terrassentür nicht richtig abschließen, aber dies wurde am nächsten Tag behoben, nachdem wir ihn informiert hatten. Außerdem gab es anfangs nicht genügend Handtücher für zwei Personen, aber auf Anfrage wurden sofort zusätzliche Handtücher bereitgestellt. Als wir später während des Aufenthalts unsere Wäsche waschen wollten, erhielten wir auch kostenlos Waschpulver dafür.
Der Weg zum Strand dauert etwa 10 Minuten, aber man kann auch Bird-Scooter und Fahrräder nutzen, wenn man faul ist �. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Costa Calma ist ein Touristenziel, aber es ist eher ruhig und es gibt einen schönen Sandstrand sowie zahlreiche Annehmlichkeiten (Geschäfte, Restaurants usw.), um Ihre Bedürfnisse zu befriedigen.
Insgesamt kann ich, angesichts des Preises und der Lage, jedem empfehlen, im Las Lomas zu übernachten. Besonders für diejenigen, die keine hotelähnliche Erfahrung benötigen, sondern eine kostengünstige, aber saubere und gemütliche Lösung für ihre Unterkunft auf Fuerteventura bevorzugen.
