Cancellation policy
Cancellation
You can cancel your holiday home booking at any time before the start of the trip.
The receipt of the notice of withdrawal on our email account "ferienhaus-margarete@web.de." is decisive.
Our flat-rate claim for cancellation fees for our holiday home is usually:
-until 61 days before departure, 10% of the rental price
-from 60th to 35th day before departure, 50 % of the rental price
-from the 34th day until the second day before the start of the journey 80 % of the rental price
- In the event of later cancellation or non-arrival, the entire rental price will be charged.

Located on the outskirts of Widdau (directly on the marathon course) with direct access to several hiking trails and the Eifelsteig.
Monschau, "Pearl of the Eifel" is only 8 minutes away by car or can be reached via many beautiful hiking routes after about 5 km.
The Monschau Marathon leads directly past the holiday home (relay handover approx. 150 metres away).

Getting there
Motorway A44 exit Lichtenbusch/Eifel.
Turn left at the traffic lights towards Monschau/Eifel.
Pass the villages of Roetgen and Konzen( B 258 )
In the village of Imgenbroich after approx. 1 km left towards Rohren/Widdau
In Widdau take the first left (Veilchenstrasse)

I moved to the Eifel for my husband in 1995,
and I find it so beautiful here that I decided in 2008 to
to acquire a holiday home, to prepare it lovingly and to rent it out.
