If you cancel up to 3 months prior to arrival, you won't be charged a cancellation fee (except for a processing fee). Cancelling up to 2 months prior to arrival: 70% of the total booking price. Cancelling up to 1 month prior to arrival or in case of a no-show: 100% of the booking price. In case of a delayed arrival of individual travel companions or early departure, we will charge the full booking price. We therefore recommend that you take out a travel cancellation / travel interruption insurance. Apart from that, we collaborate with the European Hotel Cancellation Insurance that offers you an affordable insurance in case you need to cancel your travel plans.

Holiday destination

Apartment house "CASAMARAI" is situated on the southern slope of Saalbach's local mountain 'Kohlmais'. The flat boasts a south-facing terrace or balcony with a view of the gorgeous Glemmtal valley and the surrounding mountains. A short 5-minute walk will take you to the town centre, where you can enjoy après-ski or other night-time activities. In the summer months, you can go on one of the wonderful hiking tours. Families with children will find that our resort town offers plenty of playing facilities! As a partner business, we offer our guests the JokerCard so they can enjoy all the benefits and rebates this card offers. You also have the option to participate in Saalbach's programme, which is advertised once a week.

Getting there

Arriving in Saalbach, make a right at the petrol station and enter the tunnel. Turn left when you reach the middle of the tunnel and exit onto Schiliftstraße. From there, continue straight ahead until you see the 'Ronachweg'. Take the next street on the left, 'oberer Ronachweg' and follow it until you reach the apartment house 'Casamarai'.

Ausgezeichnete Unterkunft in Saalbach. Das Appartementhaus Casamarai ist wunderschÃ¶n und sehr gemÃ¼tlich, und es war alles vorhanden, was wir benÃ¶tigten. Es ist modern eingerichtet, sehr komfortabel und in guter Lage. Wir waren im Appartement Top4. Wichtig fÃ¼r uns war, dass alles in fuÃŸlÃ¤ufiger Entfernung (einige Minuten) erreichbar ist (GeschÃ¤fte, CafÃ©s, Restaurants) und man sich um nichts anderes kÃ¼mmern muss. Man kann einfach die gesamte Zeit investieren, um einen schÃ¶nen Familienurlaub zu genieÃŸen und sich von allen Sorgen zu befreien. Nicht zuletzt war die UnterstÃ¼tzung von Maria wirklich auÃŸergewÃ¶hnlich, und sie hat umgehend auf all unsere Fragen reagiert. Es wÃ¤re uns eine Freude, in Zukunft wieder hier zu wohnen.

Sehr komfortable Wohnung fÃ¼r eine Familie mit 4 Personen. Eine Joker-Karte war enthalten, sodass wir viele AktivitÃ¤ten kostenlos nutzen konnten - Skilifte, Schwimmbad usw. Ich wÃ¼rde mich freuen, beim nÃ¤chsten Besuch in Saalbach zurÃ¼ckzukehren.
