In this case, or if you wish to cancel for personal reasons, we will endeavor to find another tenant for the property as quickly as possible. If we are completely or partially successful, the owner will credit you with the profit from the new rental. You will then only need to pay any remaining difference. If we are unable to find a new tenant, you remain obligated to pay the remaining rent.

The house is located in Almayate, detached, very peacefully situated in greenery, next to an avocado plantation. The beach is only 1 km away. The nearest larger town, Torre del Mar, is only 6 km away. Wonderful day trips are possible: to Granada, Cordoba, Sevilla, Ronda, Antequera, or Marbella. The closer towns such as Nerja, Frigiliana, or Almuñécar are also inviting for sightseeing.

Wir haben 2 sehr erholsame Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Die tolle Palme im Garten war nicht nur unser Lieblingsplatz, sondern auch der der Katzen, die auf dem Grundstück leben und uns gerne Gesellschaft leisteten. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und hat alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die Informationsmappe, die uns Familie Linse zur Verfügung gestellt hat, hat uns viele Ideen für die Umgebung gegeben. Vielen Dank dafür!

Meine Frau und ich waren nun schon zum 2. Mal im La Loma und haben gleich fürs nächste Jahr wieder gebucht. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so benötigt. Der schöne Garten mit der wunderbaren Palme wurde ausgiebig genutzt. Die vorhandene Aussendusche bringt Abkühlung im heißen Andalusien. Haus ist stets sauber und der Garten gepflegt. Zum phantastischen Naturstrand sind es 5 Minuten mit dem Auto, den man hier haben sollte. Einen besonderen Dank an Familie Linse, bis zum nächsten Jahr!!!
