We have a lot guests which come to the beautiful Lake Walchensee for fishing! You get the license for fishing directly in our bite- an tackle-shop! Own fishing-boats!

Holiday destination

You will find nice, romantic and easy walking-trails and bike-roads directly near the house! All non motorised water-activitys on the beautiful Lake Walchensee! No Motorboats! Clear drinking-water! We have a rental for rowboats, pedal boats, sailing boats and we have own bicycles for you! You can spend an vacation with lot of activities or just relax an take it easy! Interesting day-trips to the world-famous royal-castles Schoss Neuschwanstein and Schloss Linderhof! Just one hour drive to munich and only just one hour drive to italy!

Getting there

You take Autobahn A 95 Munich-Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Exit Murnau/Großweil directly to Kochel am See and to Walchensee! It is just a 50 minutes drive after leaving munich!

Ich bin derzeit hier in Urfeld. Diese Wohnung ist ein GlÃ¼cksgriff! Tolle Lage und sehr, sehr nette Vermieter, sogar meine beiden Lieblinge sind willkommen! ZunÃ¤chst hatte ich ein wenig Angst, da alle Wohnungen und Restaurants hier in Urfeld an der B11 liegen und es besonders an den Wochenenden viel Verkehr gibt und es sehr laut auf der StraÃŸe ist :/. Aber: In meiner Wohnung hÃ¶rt man ÃœBERHAUPT NICHTSâ˜ºï¸ï¿½ï¿½ Ein wunderbarer Wanderweg beginnt DIREKT vom Haus / entlang des Sees und OHNE jeglichen StraÃŸenlÃ¤rm.ï¿½ Und ich muss hier keine ParkgebÃ¼hr zahlen, weil ich hier wohne.ï¿½ï¿½ Die Stadt selbst ist nicht so toll -ï¿½ Sie besteht ohnehin nur aus einer StraÃŸe (B11), und zum Einkaufen oder fÃ¼r eine kÃ¶stliche Mahlzeit empfiehlt es sich, in die nÃ¤chste Stadt zu fahren. z.B. Wallgau: Wunderbar!!!! oder KrÃ¼n ist 15 Minuten entfernt, und dort kann man WIRKLICH gut essen! Ich habe das griechische Restaurant und den Bayrischen Hof ausprobiert ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ Mittenwald ist etwa 30 Minuten entfernt. Es ist ein TRAUM FÃœR NATURLIEBHABER (Buckelwiesen)...ich war bereits zweimal dort. Fazit! Die Asenstorfer Wohnung ist eine ideale Wohnung, um die schÃ¶ne Natur und den See zu erkunden. Ich habe das CafÃ© am See noch nicht ausprobiert...Bewertung folgt ï¿½ 10 i âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸

Wir haben eine Woche in dieser wunderschÃ¶nen Ferienwohnung verbracht, und wenn wir ihr 10 Sterne geben kÃ¶nnten, wÃ¼rden wir das tun. Die EigentÃ¼mer sind sehr nett und freundlich. Tolle Wohnung, gut eingerichtet und perfekt fÃ¼r einen wunderbaren Urlaub am Walchensee. Vielen Dank fÃ¼r alles, wir werden zurÃ¼ckkommen.
