Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel the rental contract, please do so over the phone, then inform the lessor by written cancellation. The date on which the lessor receives the cancellation notice shall be decisive. In case of cancellations, the following fees apply:
Flat fee: €50.00;
up to 35 days prior to arrival: 20% of the rental price;
up to 21 days prior to arrival: 40% of the rental price;
from 20 days prior to arrival: 70% of the rental price.

Holiday destination
Our apartment is located on Rügen's peninsula Jasmund, known for its brilliant white, almost glowing chalk coast and for Germany's smallest National Park.
The fishing and port city Sassnitz is also called the "white city by the sea". The chalk cliffs start at the edge of the city and span a length of 13 km, ending with the "Königsstuhl" (the best-known chalk cliff in Rügen's National Park).
Those who visit Sassnitz prefer to have an active holiday amidst a pristine landscape, where they can recuperate and relax.
Getting there
Sassnitz travel route by car: Take the A20 and the exit Stralsund, continue on the B96 and follow the signposting to the isle of Rügen / Sassnitz.
By train: Sassnitz has a train station that is only 500m away.
By plane: The nearest airports are in Güttin (approx. 30 km) and Rostock-Laage (approx. 160 km).

Wir möchten DANKE sagen für einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung Meerestraum. Es ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern festgehalten. Der erste Moment, wenn man die Wohnung betritt ist wunderschön, sogar mit Meerblick. Es fehlte uns an nichts, alles hübsch eingerichtet und sehr zentral gelegen, nur mal schnell Brötchen holen, ist etwas weiter. Wir haben hier im Oktober tolle Tage mit viel Sonnenschein erlebt und uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Ihnen liebe Frau Noordmann. Wenn wir mal wieder in Sassnitz stranden, dann sehr gerne bei Ihnen . Weiterhin viele nette Gäste, die Ihren kleinen Schatz hier in Ehren halten . Viel Glück.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit auf Rügen. Die Ferienwohnung "MeeresTraum", hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war super ruhig und sehr entspannt dort, es fehlt an gar nichts, die Ausstattung war perfekt.
Die Insel ist so abwechslungsreich und bestens geeignet für Aktivurlaub mit Strandzeit, es gibt absolut leckere Fischbrötchen für zwischendurch und das erkunden der tollen Seebäder gehört natürlich auch auf die Agenda.
Wir sagen der Familie Noordmann "Danke" für die schöne Zeit . Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung in Sassnitz zu 100% weiter. Otto und Conny
